The company's turnover rose to 115.774 million lei (+13%). On December 31st, 2011, the company owed 30.394 million lei and receivables of 13.745 million lei. The majority shareholder of the company is the Ministry of the Economy which owns 59.62%. The Proprietatea Fund owns 10%, and other shareholders own 30.37%.
