ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the world"s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased more than 12,200 square meters of industrial space to two customers at new facilities at ProLogis Park Prague D1 East.
Transactions include:
- 9,531 square meters leased to SETTO spedition, a forwarding and logistics company with branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine, at DC#7B. SETTO currently leases 6,127 square meters at the same park.
- 2,731 square meters leased to Kenvelo, one of the most popular fashion-brand-chains in the Czech Republic, at DC#6B. Kenvelo, which already leases 4,680 square meters in the same park, will use the space for local and regional distribution.

ProLogis Park Prague D1 West and East consists 13 facilities totalling 190,300 square meters. It is located approximately 11 km southeast of Prague at Øíèany - Jesenice junction, directly off the major D1 motorway.
