The public offer to acquire SC Policolor SA - Bucharest initiated by RC2 (Cyprus) Ltd. and Romanian Reconstruction (Cyprus) Ltd. started yesterday and will end on April 17th. The buying price is 2.05 RON/share. The offer is brokered by SSIF EFG Eurobank Securities. Policolor was privatized in 1997 and has a share capital of over 71 billion RON. The main shareholders are Romanian Investment Fund Cyprus LTD - 39.40%, The Romanian American Enterprise Fund - 33.33%, Romanian Reconstruction (Cyprus Limited) - 9.96%, City Bank Romania SA - 7.32% and others - 9.99%.
