Investors on the Bucharest Stock Exchange will be able to trade turbo long and short certificates with the shares of the Proprietatea Fund as their underlying asset, according to a press release by the BSE. The Certificates are issued by "Raiffeisen Centrobank", and are the first to use the shares of the Proprietatea Fund as their underlying asset.
The Turbo Long FP certificates will have an exercise price of 0.5 lei, and a barrier of 0.52 lei, whereas the Turbo Short FP certificates will have an exercise price of 0.77 lei and a barrier of 0.75 lei.
Valentin Ionescu, the managing director of the Bucharest Stock Exchange said: "We consider the listing on the BSE of the first structured products based on the stock of the Proprietatea Fund as a recognition of the potential for growth of the Market For Structured Products, as well as of the fact that the underlying asset has the liquidity on the BSE that is needed for the issuing of such instruments".
