Raiffeisen Zentralbank Ag currently holds 6.703 in "Prodplast" Bucharest, after having bought shares on the capital market, according to a company press release sent to BVB.
"Prodplast" SA increased its share capital from 11.656.356 to 37.847.280 RON in December through a capital injection of 26.190.924 RON. The share capital is divided into 37.847.280 shares with a face value of 1 RON.
Following this increase in share capital, the shareholders are: SC "Nord" SA Bucharest (24.67%), SIF "Banat-Crisana SA Arad (6.58%), SIF Moldova SA (5.08%) and other shareholders holding less than 5% in the company (63.67%).
