The draft methodological norms regulating how registries of companies should be kept, how entries should be made and how information from the registries should be released has been published on the website of the National Office of the Registry of Companies - onrc.ro for public consultation as per Law 52/2003 on transparency of the decision-making process in the public administration. Proposals, remarks, opinions about this draft can be submitted until 23 September 2008 to the National Office of the Registry of Companies.
