The company offers a calculation example: a 200,000 EUR apartment bought before the construction works started with a downpayment of 50,000 EUR and an outstanding payment of 75% upon delivery, 2 years later. In the respective 2 years, the value of the apartment reaches 288,000 EUR.
The outstanding sum can be borrowed as a mortgage loan. The gross profit would therefore be 288,000 EUR minus 50,000 EUR downpayment minus 150,000 EUR the mortgage loan, that is 88,000 EUR. The return on investment would therefore stand at 176% in two years.
