EnglishRom Oil - Brasov, Rompetrol Downstream and Rompetrol Rafinare have contracted a non-binding credit facility for operating capital worth up to 30 million USD from Citibank Romania, according to NewsIn. Shareholders in Rom Oil - Brasov on October 11th, 2006 authorized this decision and also indicated that the sum would be covered with short-term loans and overdraft options. The credit facility will be collateralized by The Rompetrol Group NV by issuing a letter of guarantee and also by Rom Oil. Rom Oil - Brasov is part of Rompetrol Group since 2002. The company performs bulk sale of products from Petromidia Refinery and has six storage facilities.
