Hermes Union deputy leader Calin Cocis on Wednesday said the employees of the Romanian Lottery would stage protests in the following few days after the rejection of a draft Government decision giving them profit share rights.
"The Government rejected the draft decision that would have given employees a profit share right. The plan was to grant employees up to 10% of the net profit, but no more than one gross average salary at company level, that is, 1,400 RON. We do not understand what the Government had in mind, considering that the Lottery is the most profitable State-held company but pays the lowest salaries," Cocis told NewsIn.
