Romarta SA Splits And Lowers Share Capital By 20.4 Mln EUR

Romarta SA, a company in the business of letting and subletting property, will lower share capital by 20.4 million RON from 20.5 million RON to 102,109 RON and will split into six entities, in keeping with a decision of the shareholders referenced by NewsIn.

The split is necessary in order to ensure financial and operational streamlining of the business. The letting business will become a distinct business. Romarta is controlled by Broadhurst Investments Ltd (86.2%), followed by the State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS - 1.369%).
