Plastics producer Romcarbon Buzau (ROCE) will increase its share capital by 13.54 million RON to 18.65 million RON (5.96 million EUR), according to a report to Rasdaq quoted by NewsIn. Romcarbon shareholders have subscribed for 93.91% of the new shares in the first phase. At the end of the subscription period, shareholders subscribed for a total of 135.44 million shares worth 13.54 million RON. The new share capital will be divided into 186.45 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON.
The significant shareholders in the company are Living Plastic Industry SA (34.49%), Eastern Eagle Ltd Fund (23.55%), Unitai International Corporation (20.63%), Citibank Romania SA (10.42%) and MEI Roemenie & Bulgarije Fonds NV (6.02%).
