Rominserv Sells Assets Worth 2.3 Mln EUR, Opens Branch in Bulgaria

Rominserv intends to sell land and buildings worth 2.3 million EUR to Multicom Zalau and plans to open a branch in Ruse, Bulgaria, according to Monitorul Oficial, quoted by NewsIn. The Bulgarian branch will operate in the construction field. Rominserv will also sell the assets of the Rominserv Valves Iaifo Zalau unit, which consists of 16,940 square meters of land, buildings included. The buyer is SC Multicom Zalau and the price was set at 2.3 million EUR.

Rominserv is the general entrepreneur of the Rompetrol Group. This year the company aims at expanding operations and client pool in terms of industrial maintenance and EPCM (engineering, procurement, construction, management) for investment projects, modernization, process optimization and infrastructure.

Rominserv forecasts a turnover of some 130 million USD in 2007, marking a 22% rise vs. the 2006 unaudited financial figure (106.3 million USD).
