Revenue increased by 26.60% to 17.749.032 RON, while expenses totaled 14.306.713 RON, up 28,34% from the year-ago quarter.
On March 31st, fixed assets totaled 38.177.241 RON, down 0.91% from the previous quarter. Receivables increased by 15.73% to 14.288.249 RON, while short-term debt totaled 9.149.361 RON, up 49,84% from the quarter ended December 31st. Long-term debt rose by 26.37% to 301.527 RON.
The company provides services on oil and gas fields in Romania and has a share capital of 9.273.030 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 0,1 RON/share. Rompetrol Well Services is listed on tier 2 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange as PTR.
