Revenues gained 13.24% to 63.45 million RON, whereas expenses totaled 51.18 million RON, up by 6.6% yoy. At the end of last year, the company reported total debts of 6.53 million RON, down from 6.34 million RON yoy, whereas receivables gained 16.25% to 11.26 million RON.
Rompetrol Well Services provides oil & gas extraction ancillary services, prospecting not included, and has a share capital of 9.27 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. The main shareholder is Rompetrol Group BV with 70.40%.
