EnglishRosim"s Unic SRL has inaugurated a business center in the western part of Bucharest, near Carrefour - Militari. Construction works started in June 2007 and lasted approximately 1 year. The management told a press conference that the center had an interactive showroom of 1,600 sq.m., offices of 850 sq.m. and a storage facility of 2,700 sq.m. Rosim"s Unic entered the sanitary ware market in 2002. At the moment, the company imports brands such as Kohler, Laufen Roca, Jika, Riho, Kludi, Viega or Grohe. The Y2006 turnover was 11.5 million RON on the sanitary ware market. A year later, it increased by one third to 15 million RON. The company is owned by Simion Iulian Liviu, formerly a member of the Board of Banca Romaneasca SA, and Simion Popescu Florian, formerly a shareholder in the same bank. Both of them are also shareholders in Remat Nord SA.
