The Rowa Deny Hotel in Predeal has been put up for sale for 5.8 million EUR. Measuring 2,500 sq.m. in built surface, the hotel has 27 rooms, four apartments, a restaurant and a conference hall. The owner, Gheorghe Frangulea, is also selling a charcuterie factory in Busteni for 8 million EUR. The factory is located on a 10,200 sq.m. plot, has a built surface of 2,500 sq.m. and a maximum capacity of 50 tons per day. The factory has a production line for boiled and smoked charcuterie and requires 140 employees.
