EnglishShareholders in RTC Office Express SA, a member of RTC Holding, have decided the acquisition and merger with Astra Plus SRL. Under this move, Astra Plus will transfer all of its assets to RTC Office Express. Following the merger, RTC Office Express SA will increase share capital by 49,729 RON to 2,862,987.2 RON and change name to BE PROFFICE SA. In a related move, Cristian Falcutescu, a shareholder in ProCA Romania, cedes 27% in the company to RTC Holding BV. Following the cession, the company is controlled by RTC Holding BV (87.99%), Nicusor Daniel Dan (4.496%), Sorin Ioan Moldovan (3.752%), Cristian Ghica (3.752%) and Pan Management Group SRL (0.01%). RTC Holding concluded last year with 233.9 million EUR in turnover and a net profit of 3.8 million EUR. RTC Holding comprises over 50 companies and 4,000 employees.
