EnglishThe Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) has announced that shares in the Brasov-based bearings manufacturer Rulmentul SA will be excluded from the BET-C basket as the company is about to dissolve. BET-C reflects the overall fluctuation of listed shares. Earlier this month Rulmentul shares were removed from the BET basket.
The BVB Board on March 17th decided to move Rulmentul shares to the unlisted market as of March 29th. In early March, Rulmentul shareholders decided to dissolve the company and fire some 2,300 employees. Rulmentul ended last year with net losses of 40.6 million RON against a turnover of 114.6 million RON (-10%). In addition to the losses, Rulmentul owes over 70 million EUR.
