The share capital of Dej-based company Samus Mex S.A. will increase by 2.135.659,90 RON, from 7.144.148,90 RON to 9.279.808,80 RON, the amount being obtained from the sale of 21.356.599 new shares.
Shareholders subscribed for new shares by exercising their preemptive rights. The company"s share capital is divided into 92.798.088 shares with a face value of 0,10 RON/share.
Between December 21st 2006 and January 22nd 2007, shareholders registered on December 18th 2006 exercised their preemptive rights, subscribing for 21.356.599 shares. The remaining 20.643.401 shares were cancelled.
