Shareholders subscribed for new shares by exercising their preemptive rights. The company"s share capital is divided into 92.798.088 shares with a face value of 0,10 RON/share.
Between December 21st 2006 and January 22nd 2007, shareholders registered on December 18th 2006 exercised their preemptive rights, subscribing for 21.356.599 shares. The remaining 20.643.401 shares were cancelled.
