Last year was the second consecutive year when Scudas reported a profit, after having amassed significant losses until 2005. At the end of 2007, the company reported debts of 8,046,000 RON and receivables of 4,171,000 RON. Overdue payments amounted to some 6,069,000 RON. The fine mechanics company is controlled by AVAS with 69.98%, followed by SIF Moldova with 19.96%.
