SECURE Investment Ltd has planned investments of some 150 million EUR in Southeastern Europe, with the bulk of the money slated for Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia, according to SECURE shareholder Aedes Investissement. SECURE stands for South Eastern Continent Unique Real Estate. Aedes has invested 20 million EUR in the fund and expects a return of 22%.
The fund has already planned two residential projects in Bucharest. One will comprise 550 housing units worth 120 million EUR. Located in the north-east of Bucharest, the project will be developed in two phases: 39 villas and 118 apartments in the first phase and 400 villas and apartments in the second phase. The other project comprises 200 apartments.
