On the first auction, which was held in September last year, the platform was put on sale for a price greater than the amounts in the of assets and liabilities statement, which would have led to the extinction of the company"s debts towards the creditors. "The company has 14 million lei in debt, and in the first stage the platform was put on sale for only 16 million lei, but unfortunately the sale failed, as there is no interest in the purchase of equipment, only in the shed and the afferent plot of land, especially as it is connected to IAR and Aeronautical Constructions SA, and their privatization is uncertain ", stated Anca Sârbu this summer. According to the market studies made by the liquidator, no company would have paid more than 1 million Euros for the assets of the Bra ov company. It is however possible that the sale price might rise during the auction, as seven companies expressed interest in the assets.
