SIF Banat Crisana will ask shareholders to authorize the disbursement of gross dividends of 0.06 RON/share, equal to a total of 32.93 million RON, according to a recent press release. The funds will be derived from the 83.14 million RON net profit reported for 2006. The remaining funds will be allocated to reserves. The Shareholder Assembly will convene on March 9th. Any entity holding SIF Banat Crisana shares on that date can participate in the meeting.
