Power tools manufacturer Simerom - Sibiu (RASDAQ: SIEM) could increase share capital by 15.82 million RON (4.65 million EUR) from 3.51 million RON (1.03 million EUR) to 19.34 million RON (5.68 million EUR) following a meeting of the shareholders scheduled for March, according to NewsIn.
If so, the company will issue 6,331,996 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Existing shareholders will be have a proportional preemptive right enabling them to maintain their current percentages.
Simerom currently has a share capital of 3.51 million RON (1.03 million EUR) following last year"s capital increase by 1.26 million RON from 2.25 million RON to 3.51 million RON. Chairman of the Board Ioan Baltag is the majority shareholder with 55.11%, followed by SIF Transilvania (30.92%).
