Oradea-based chemical company Sinteza is planning to sell a plot of land of 73,000 square meters, which was previously occupied by a relocated chemical factory. The owners are hoping to obtain 42 million EUR for it. According to GM Sorin Pasula, another option would be to enter a partnership with a real estate developer and build a residential area on the land. The shareholders will convene to decide on the matter.
Sinteza is controlled by Porto Petrol with 51.83%. Tibor Tincau is the second largest shareholder with 28.12%. The company manufactures various pharmaceutical products, insecticides, additives for mineral oils, inorganic pigments, stabilizers for plastic and others.
