EnglishShareholders in the National Security Offset and Depository Company (SNCDD) late last year decided to increase share capital from 381,820 RON to up to 1,381,820 RON. Shareholders have a preemptive right for 30 days from the date when the decision is published in the Official Gazette, that is January 5th. Shares left unsubscribed after that period will be subscribed by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). In addition to the capital injection, the company will increase capital through BVB"s contribution in kind, namely software and equipment to be assessed by PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shareholders in SNCDD include 30 banks, 170 brokerage firms, the Brokers" Association and BVB.
