Shareholders in stone quarry operator Talc Dolomita - Hunedoara (RASDAQ:TALD) approved a share capital increase by 3.98 million RON through a capital injection and profit capitalization. The company will issue 1.59 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Of this total, 1,061 million shares worth 2.6 million RON will be given for free to the shareholders at a ratio of two new for one existing. The remaining 530,696 shares worth 1.32 million RON will be offered to shareholders for subscription at a 1:1 ratio. The company has a share capital of 1.32 million RON (394,800 EUR) divided into 530,700 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Tender SA is the majority shareholder with 82.97%.
