EnglishSC Tehnoton SA Iasi expects revenues worth 40 de millione RON on sales of 30 million RON in 2007. Expenses are estimated at 38 million RON, therefore the company anticipates a gross profit of 2 million RON.
Tehnoton-Iasi concluded 2005 with a net profit of 106.609 RON on a turnover of 28.103.762 RON, down 32% from 2004.
T the end of the first three quarters of 2006, Tehnoton-Iasi reported a net turnover of 16.415.334 RON, 4,714 million RON less than in the corresponding period of 2005. Although final financial results for 2006 were not published yet, the objectives set by the company for the current year may constitute an indicator of the success of its economic growth and profitability increase program implemented as of last year.
In the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders held on February 13th this year, the company"s management was authorized to begin negociations for loans from several banks, including BRD, HVB Tiriac and Romexterra, the loan limit being set at 3 million EUR.
SC Tehnoton SA was privatised in December 2000 and its majority shareholder is Maricel Popa, holding 72,58% in the company.
