EnglishTender Energy Group, the majority shareholder in Vulcan - Bucharest, has sold 9.76% in the company for 12.07 million RON (3.63 million EUR) thus reducing their stake from 84.46% to 74.7%, according to an announcement to RASDAQ. Boiler and nuclear industry component manufacturer Vulcan (RASDAQ:VULC) concluded H1 with losses of 7.14 million RON (2.28 million EUR) and a 46.5% increase in turnover to 15.88 million RON (5 million EUR). Vulcan has a share capital of 61.14 million RON divided into 24,457 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON.
