EnglishTender Group, owned by the business man Ovidiu Tender, will invest cca. 5 million Euro to modernize the former International Hotel from Timisoara, which will become a five star hotel and will be finished at the end of 2009, Ovidiu Tender declared, quoted by NewsIn. "Tender Group, through Intercenter Sevice, intends to inaugurate the five stars hotel in this Autumn or at the end of 2009. It will have more than 50 rooms and the investment reaches cca. 50 million Euro. " This is the former Ceausescu"s guesthouse from the city", the business man said, on Thursday. Intercenter Service is a mixed company formed by Tender S.A ( which has 54% of the shares) and the Town Council Timis ( with 46% of the shares). Tender Group activates in different domains like: energetic, services from the oil and gas industry, geological prospecting, road substructure, real estate, agriculture, tourism and aircraft.
