EnglishPlus, the retail chain of the German-based holding Tengelmann, has opened a new store in Hunedoara for 1.5 million EUR, bringing the total to 5 stores in Hunedoara County and 58 stores in Romania. The newest addition to the chain measures some 1,100 square meters, of which 900 square meters of sales surface and 200 square meters of storage and administrative areas. The store comes with 45 parking spaces and carries over 1,500 products. Approximately 25 jobs were created thereof. The chain is planning to continue to expand in all Romanian towns with more than 15,000 inhabitants.
