The shareholders of construction materials maker "Cemacon" Zalău, did not approve the 6.1 million lei increase of the share capital of the company, from 24.4 million lei to 30.5 million lei.
According to a communiqué that the company sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, 36.59% of the shareholders voted in favor of the share capital increase, whereas 32.76% of the shareholders abstained. No shareholders voted against the share capital increase.
The company"s administrators had requested a 25% increase of the share capital, (6.1 million lei), after the dismissal of the chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company, Ioan Crehul. He was replaced by Tiberiu Stratan as chairman of the Board of Directors and Liviu Ionel Stoleru was appointed as CEO.
SSIF "Broker" Cluj-Napoca holds 10.13% of the share capital of Cemacon, whereas the remaining shares are owned by various other shareholders.
