"Banc Post" shareholders were convoked later this month to endorse modifications to the bank's statute. The main objective is a full separation of two jobs: executive manager and President of the Board. According to the new statute, the executive general manager and the executive deputy general manager will run the bank, while the President of the Board will have no executive tasks.
In addition, members of the Board cannot be employees of the bank, except for the two executives.
According to sources inside the bank, the vice-president Ioannis Pechlivanidis will likely become the general manager, while Mrs. Elena Petculescu shall be President of the Board.
