EnglishDumitru Bănuţ, the president and chief executive officer of airplane maker "Aeroteh" Bucureşti (AER), will receive 739,760 lei out of the profit it made last year, according to the shareholder decision it made last year. Out of the net profit of 5.83 million lei that the company made in 2011, 4.74 million lei will be distributed as dividends to shareholders, and 344,324 lei will go to the legal reserves.
In yesterday"s General Meeting, the shareholders of "Aeroteh" also voted that the Chairman of the Board of Directors Dumitru Bănuţ, will receive this year a gross salary of 35,000 lei gross/month, whereas the other members of the Board of Directors will receive a salary of 500 lei gross/month. The shareholders also voted in favor of a gross wage of 40,000 lei/month for Dumitru Bănuţ.
"Aeroteh" has a market capitalization of 24.07 million lei, according to the price of 5.7 lei/share of April 1st. Dumitru Bănuţ holds a stake of 59% of the company, according to information from the BSE website.
