The Romanian Constitutional Court (CCR) yesterday voted with a majority of votes, that the law that governs the organization and the operation of some of the Government"s structures is unconstitutional, according to a press release issued by the CCR.
The law in question is the Law for approving the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 3/2009 for the amendment and completion of regulations concerning the operation and functioning of some governmental structures.
The President of Romania, the chairmen of the two Houses of the Parliament and the Prime-Minister will be notified of this ruling, which is definitive and generally binding.
