Female entrepreneurs can't rely on politicians, said Smaranda Vornicu, Managing Partner Blues Line Salons: "We need to help ourselves so we can one day break through that glass ceiling and reach the world of big business".
She said that women are generally more socially responsible: "For the most part, the notion of business leaders overlaps with that of successful men".
In the opinion of Mrs. Vornicu, the main concerns of an entrepreneur are financing their business and the responsibility to its employees.
"Women are generally less inclined to cut the benefits of their employees, even with the growing fiscal burden", she concluded.
