Students from the state pre-university education were included in the area of possible beneficiaries of non-refundable funding for cultural projects, through an ordinance approved by the Government. They will be able to benefit from scholarships, creative scholarships, training internships, travel grants, including artistic residencies. Minor students or those who are coming of age in the final years of high school are considered, financial support only targeting the category of students whose main activity is participation in courses school and the artistic concern for which the funding is requested. Minor students can conclude the non-refundable financing contract through the legal representative". Mihai Constantin specified that this project is coordinated by the Ministry of Culture.
