The sum represents 2% of the income tax collected until July 31, 2023, for the financing of public performing arts institutions under the jurisdiction of the requesting administrative-territorial units in the following counties: Alba, Arad, Argeş, Bacău, Bihor, Bistriţa-Năsăud, Botoşani, Braşov, Brăila, Buzău, Caraş-Severin, Cluj, Constanţa, Covasna, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Galaţi, Giurgiu, Gorj, Harghita, Hunedoara, Iaşi, Maramureş, Mureş, Neamţ, Prahova, Satu-Mare, Sibiu, Suceava, Timiş, Tulcea, Vaslui, Vâlcea, and Vrancea. Currently, the investments focus on the "walls," but it is a step forward.
