EnglishThe company "Internaţional" Sinaia, specializing in hotel accommodation services, has seen a very small increase in its turnover compared to the first semester of 2009, from 3.82 to 3.84 million lei.
The company"s revenues increased 2.7% during the reviewed period, from 4.18 million lei to 4.29 million lei, whereas the expenses increased 1.3%, from 3.15 million lei to 3.19 million lei.
Under these circumstances, the profit of the hotel operator increased 6.8%, from 1.02 to 1.09 million lei.
In March, "International" Sinaia purchased 6 apartments in a building located in the same city, for 1.36 million lei, from the company COREX & CB.
The company is controlled by the family of Dan Radu Ruşanu, a senator of the National Liberal Party (PNL). His daughters Ana Rucsandra Ruşanu and Dana Maria Anastase Ruşanu, together with five companies, which are also controlled together by the senator"s family, hold 93.04% of the shares of International Sinaia.
