The "Proprietatea" Fund (symbol: FP) has announced that it will auction off the stake of 2.755% that it holds in the company "Familial Restaurant", according to information on the website of the Fund. According to an evaluation made at the end of 2008, the stake has a value of 2,900 lei.
Last year, the "Proprietatea Fund" also auctioned off the 5.89% stake in leasing company "Marlin".
The "Proprietatea" Fund was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on January 25th. The Proprietatea Fund has a market capitalization of 8.54 billion lei, based on the price of 0.615 lei/share recorded in yesterday"s trading session.
