The tricolors, ready for the double with Cyprus and Lithuania

In the following days, the national team will play two more matches in the League of Nations, a competition where they started very well, with two victories. The tricolors performed the first training before the matches with Cyprus and Lithuania. According to the FRF, it was a reduced form of training, given that only a part of the summoned players are in the training camp in Mogoşoaia. By the time the training started, 10 tricolors were present at the training base: Horatiu Moldovan, Nicolae Stanciu, Florin Niţă, Denis Alibec, Nicusor Bancu, Alexandru Mitriţă, George Puşcaş, Florinel Coman, Alexandru Chipciu and Andrei Raţiu. The right back, registered at Rayo Vallecano, also got ready, even if he arrived just a few minutes before the players went out on the pitch under the command of coach Mircea Lucescu. Because they played more than 45 minutes on Saturday with the club team, Puşcaş, Mitriţă, Bancu, Chipciu and Raţiu prepared separately, performing recovery exercises. The training on the field lasted a little over 60 minutes, and by the end of the training session, two more players arrived in Mogoşoaia: Marius Marin and Denis Drăguş, thus completing the team of the tricolors.

The tricolors will face Cyprus on October 12 and Lithuania on October 15, both away matches.
