Revenue is expected to reach 44,034,245 RON (up 13.62% from last year), while expenses should total 38,330,097 RON (a 9.99% increase from 2006). This year"s income and expense budget doesn"t include revenues from the sale of assets.
THR Marea Neagra has sold three hotels located in Saturn and several restaurants. This year, the company plans to continue its restructuring strategy by finalizing the sale of 8 assets and selling another 7 assets.
