EnglishTHR Prahova (Tourism, Hotels, Restaurants) will increase its share capital by 3.8 million RON, to 11.8 million RON, according to a report to Rasdaq, quoted by NewsIn. The company issued 38 million shares, at a subscription price of 0,10 RON, equal to the face value of the shares.
SIF Transilvania subscribed for 34 million shares of the 34.7 million shares subscribed in the first phase. The subscription rate was over 91%, shareholders subscribing for shares worth 3.47 million RON. Shareholders were able to subscribe for the remaining 3.3 million shares between June 6th-20th.
In 2006, THR Prahova posted a net profit of 3.67 million RON, up 4.3 times from the past year. Turnover rose by 10.5%, from 6.3 million RON in 2005 to 6.96 million RON last year.
The company has a share capital of 8 million RON, divided into 80.26 million shares with a face value of 0,10 RON. The majority shareholder is SIF Transilvania, with 89.49% in the company. THR Prahova shares are listed on Rasdaq as TUSI.
