Timpuri Noi SA - Bucharest has bought a building and the adjacent plot of land measuring 16,000 sq.m. in total thus continuing the reorganization program based on which the company received State aid worth 16,978,658 RON. For the same purpose, the company took a 2 million EUR loan from BRD - Groupe Societe Generale. The company is listed on RASDAQ as TIMP. They manufacture motors and turbines and have a share capital of 7,762,432.5 RON divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON/share. The company is controlled by the Employee Association with 73.64%.
