Fashion company Tina R will become listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in order to secure liquidities necessary for further development. Tina R has signed a consultancy company with the brokerage firm HTI Valori Mobiliare and is preparing to list 30% of their stock on the bourse.
"The plan is to list Tina R on the Bucharest Stock Exchange Tier II this autumn or early next year at the latest," said General Manager Rares Jianu. The price of the shares has not been decided yet. The company will use the capital obtained thereby to double the number of stores within six months after listing.
Tina R estimates a Y2008 turnover of 7 million EUR and the opening of ten new stores by the year-end. The company is controlled by founders Rares Jianu and Iulia Stoica with a joint 76%. The remaining 24% is divided among seven private investors.
