Slatina-based company TMK Artrom concluded four contracts to purchase products worth 26.9 million EUR from Sinara Handel GMBH and two contracts with TMK Resita to sell products worth 15.2 million EUR, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, quoted by NewsIn.
All six contracts were signed between November 2006 and January 2007 and they are valid for one year. TMK Artrom announced last week that it had signed a loan contract in December in order to borrow 5.7 million USD (14.70 million RON) from TMK Global AG. Thus, the debt owed by TMK Artrom to the Russian group reaches 11 million EUR.
The money will be used to finance Artrom"s working capital requirements. The loan was granted for one year, until December 7th 2007, the yearly interest being set at 8%.
In October, TMK Artrom secured another loan worth 5.3 million USD (14.57 million RON) from the Russian group TMK Global AG and the money will be used to finance working capital requirements. This loan was also granted for one year, until October 17th 2007, with the same yearly interest of 8%.
