EnglishMaestro SPRL - Constanta is organizing November 12th the third auction to sell the assets of Toptherm SA - Ghimbav. The overall value of the items for sale is 10.08 million RON (some 2.9 million EUR). The price was progressively reduced by 20% from the previous two auctions. At the first auction, the starting price was 16.89 million RON (some 5.12 million EUR plus VAT) and, by the time of the second auction, the price had decreased to 13.51 million RON. Despite initial interest, Liberty Aerospace (US) and Terwa BV (Netherlands) did not participate in the auctions after all. Liberty Aerospace have apparently shifted their interest towards Constructii Aeronautice SA.
