EnglishThe approximately 4,270 employees to be fired from Tractorul, Rulmentul and Abrom will receive the equivalent of two average salaries economy-wide upon getting fired plus an additional revenue for up to two years, depending on length of service and position, according to a recent Government decision.
The three companies will lay off 4,269 employees, of whom 2,240 will go from Rulmentul - Brasov, 1,924 from Tractorul - Brasov and 105 from Abrom - Barlad. The current version of the severance is the result of the street protests staged by the workers of Tractorul, Rulmentul and Nitramonia - Fagaras.
