Transilvania Constructii - Cluj estimates a net profit of 4.84 million RON, down by 40% y/y amid a 9.52% increase in expenses to 74.62 million RON according to a report to RASDAQ. Last year"s results included a net profit of 8.11 million RON and expenses of 68.13 million RON. Projections for this year include a 3.18% increase in revenues to 80.38 million RON from 77.90 million RON. The investment plan for this year is worth 26.18 million RON, of which 21.6 million RON for real estate and 4.2 million RON for the logistic park.
The company is listed on RASDAQ as COTR and has a share capital of 16.79 million RON divided into nearly 509,000 shares with a face value of 33 RON. The Leading shareholders are Gabriela Timofte with 30.24%, Mircea Timofte with 29.05%, SIF Banat Crisana with 18.42% and AVAS with 4.42%. The market value is 147.57 million RON (40.63 million EUR) as per the quotation of 290 RON set yesterday.
