Starting Friday, "Transilvania Construcţii" of Cluj-Napoca has a new managing director: Vasile-Dănuţ Lungu. He replaces Felicia Felecan, whose contract ended by mutual agreement of the parties.
The company ended the first semester with a turnover that increased 42%, from 11.9 million lei to 17 million lei.
The Transylvanian company is controlled by the spouses Mircea and Gabriela Timofte, who together own 59.58% of its capital. Mircea Timofte controls 30.13% of the company, whereas Gabriela Timofte has 29.45% of the shares. Other shareholders of Transilvania Construcţii include the Authority for State Assets Recovery (AVAS), with 3.17% of the shares, and SIF Banat-Crişana (19.04%).
